In Point of Care Testing we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Scrum Master to join our team. As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate the Agile development process and ensure the successful delivery of our projects. You will work closely with product owners, development teams, and stakeholders to foster an environment of continuous improvement and high performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate daily Scrum meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Guide and coach the Scrum teams on Agile principles and best practices.
- Remove impediments and blockers to ensure the team can work effectively.
- Collaborate with the product owner to manage the product backlog and prioritize work.
- Track and report on team progress, using Agile metrics to inform decision-making.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging team members to experiment and learn.
- Promote transparent communication and collaboration within the team and with stakeholders.
- Support the team in achieving high levels of quality, productivity, and predictability.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role in Agile software development
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
- English proficiency to communicate with the team and stakeholders on a daily basis.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira).
- Ability to work effectively with international cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with scaling Agile in larger organizations (e.g., SAFe, LeSS) is a strong plus.

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: starting from 2500 EUR brutto /month + VAR*
