Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.


Your tasks and responsibilities:


  • You are responsible for the development, implementation and analysis of internal communications and the external social media content and platform management for the business horizontal Enterprise Services (ES) globally
  • You ensure consistent messaging among all deliverables and channels to represent the mission, latest strategy, and business mandate of ES amid internal target audiences
  • You develop and implement communication messages, materials, and programs, required to support ES activities and initiatives
  • You will be accountable for most communication tools and processes

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You have a university degree in marketing, communications or a comparable education
  • You have many years of experience in developing communication strategy and programs
  • You have experience in creating effective direct communications to key stakeholders including letters, memos, reports, and e-mails as well as communication artifacts, including effective problem statement and solutions, in American English. Advanced knowledge of grammar and style rules as it relates to the scientific related field
  • You have very good Planning Competencies, can set objectives, assess opportunities, and plans. Understands and can apply project management processes and systems. Ability to develop, communicate and manage timelines and budgets
  • You have leadership skills and can take the anchor role in different tasks where direction and guidance to the rest of the group is needed
  • You effectively use PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and other Office tools


Your attributes and skills:

  • You have excellent verbal, written communication in English. You have effective interpersonal skills at all levels
  • You have well-developed prioritization, organization, and planning skills
  • You are an independent self-starter capable of identifying and completing tasks with a minimum level of supervision
  • You are able to multi-task and bring greater efficiency to existing processes, and have the ability to work well in a matrixed global organization
