We are seeking an experienced Executive Communications Manager to join our team. As the trusted partner to the Lead Country China

CEO and management team, you will play a crucial role in building a systematic framework of viewpoints for our organization. Your key

responsibilities will include providing insightful and creative opinions, drafting high-quality speeches, articles, press releases, industry

reports, and other materials, and translating complex strategic thinking into easily understandable content.

• Act as the trusted partner for the Lead Country China CEO and management team to assist in building a systematic framework of

viewpoints.

• Provide insightful and creative opinions and views that clearly represent the company's point of view and strategy.

• Draft high-quality speeches, articles, press releases, industry reports, and other materials.

• Ability to translate complex strategic thinking into content that is easy to understand and disseminate.

• Possess a high level of vision and thinking, paying close attention to industry trends and market dynamics.

• Assist the CEO in preparing a variety of topics to ensure that the company's voice is forward-thinking and leading in the industry.

• Extensive experience in media and corporate work, familiar with the operation mode of both.

• Skilled at integrating resources to promote the company's brand image and influence.

• Highly innovative, adept at capturing and utilizing current mainstream trends.

• Provide freshness and vitality for communication and create a unique brand voice.

• Actively explore new communication tools and channels to improve the company's market influence.

• Ability to influence and drive relevant departments and partners.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in communication, public relations, marketing, or related fields preferred.

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience, with successful experience in senior management communication.

• Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills, able to translate company's strategic goals into effective communication

strategies.

• Outstanding writing skills, able to produce clear, accurate, and persuasive written materials.

• Strong verbal communication skills, able to communicate with senior management, employees, and external stakeholders in a

clear, confident, and persuasive manner.

• Excellent organizational and planning abilities, able to effectively organize and manage communication activities to meet

deadlines.

• Strong interpersonal skills and influence, able to build positive relationships with managers at all levels and positively influence

their decisions and actions.

• Familiarity with social media and digital communication tools, able to effectively utilize these tools for communication.
