Managing various sales activities of Numerical relays, MV Primary/ secondary distribution system & retrofit business in Utilities & Industries in accordance with the business plan.
Job Description for FAT Lead Supervisor:
1. Responsible for the export & domestic customer inspections.
2. Sound knowledge - IEC, IS of Routine testing of MV switchgear panels.
3. Adhere to quality policy of organization, Quality requirements of products.
4. Adhere to QMS, EHS, ENMS and ISO policies of factory.
5. To plan and manage daily and monthly workload, inspection preparedness and participation in the client inspections.
6. Work Allocation to testing team and wiremen.
7. Handling of subordinate’s topics like attendance, expense claim, daily output, behavior etc.
8. Participation in Internal and external EHS, ENMS, QMS and WWQ audits and Factory approvals audits.
9. Maintain and ensure EHS points on shopfloor.
10. Proper feedback and drive for continuous improvements to reduce the NCC.
11. Provide Product and Process training to testing engineers.
12. Calibration, maintenance and upgradation of testing equipment.
13. Trouble shooting and solving the issues observed during routine testing of panels.
14. Raising NCRs for non-conformity points observed during testing.
15. Feedback to concern CFT team about respective orders.
16. Ensure readiness of the Panels before customer inspections
17. Submission of compliance and incorporation of necessary changes suggested by customer during inspection and ensuring the same in the panel before dispatch.
18. Preparation and submission of inspection reports, MOM, Panel test reports, RTC’s to the customer in addition with calibration report, bought out component TC’s etc
19. KPI - Submission of as built drawings and TC file to OM team within stipulated time.
20. KPI - Preparation of data for quality analysis (FPY, DPU, WFR) of respective orders.
21. KPI - Drive for improvement in CSI points from customer.
Qualification:
1. Diploma Electrical Engineer with 8 to 10 years of experience or Degree Electrical Engineer with 6 to 8 years of experience in Manufacturing and testing of AIS switchgear Products.
Skills:
1. Must have excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills to communicate technical information within Siemens and customers / suppliers.
2. Competent with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
3. Good understanding required about EHS guideline to be followed during electrical / mechanical testing.
4. Must exhibit a high level of motivation, sense of urgency, and energetic approach to job duties and requirements along with team working skills.
5. Must have sound knowledge of the product, circuit drawings and understanding of customer specifications.
