Apply now for the position of Procurement Administrator and you will play a key role in onboarding new vendors while supporting a wider procurement team.

Your role:

• Guide new vendors through the onboarding process and set up in procurement systems
• Ensure vendors comply with all regulatory and performance standards and secure essential documents.
• Procurement master data entry and reporting
• Document procurement processes, create training manuals and deliver training where required
• Support the wider team with ongoing administrative tasks

Your expertise:

• 2 years experience within a procurement administrative role preferred
• Familiarity with procurement onboarding systems, Microsoft Office and SAP
• Attention to detail and process focused
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
