How you will shape the future of Siemens?- Assessing current and future skill requirements to align with organizational objectives.
- Partnering with People & Organization business partners to design and implement upskilling and reskilling programs to ensure employees are equipped with essential capabilities for transformation.
- Cultivating an organizational culture that prioritizes continuous learning, development, and the sharing of knowledge and expertise.
- Reviewing and optimizing the organizational structure to enhance agile, cross-functional collaboration and efficiency.
- Developing and executing change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions to new working methods and processes.
- Establishing systems to capture, maintain, and share institutional knowledge and best practices across the organization.
- Partnering with People & Organization business partners to craft employer branding and recruitment strategies that attract top-tier talent in emerging technology sectors.
What you need to bring to transform the everyday!
- Excellent academic qualifications in business or equivalent field
- 3+ years of professional experience within a tech company, underlining your expertise in transformations, people and skills development and change management
- Experience in software business is a plus but not a must
- Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills, coupled with a strong entrepreneurial approach and a passion for people and organizational development
- Ability to persuade and collaborate with various partners across companies, functions and hierarchies, employing a proactive and open-minded approach to finding solutions
- Proven project leadership management skills in an international, cross-functional setting, effectively integrating and collaborating with a diverse ecosystem
- Thought leadership and a genuine passion for shaping the future tech agenda of the Siemens
- Business fluent in English and German
