We are seeking a 15+ years experienced Planner and Execution Manager for Service Centre in the operations and execution of large steam turbine assemblies and it’s components. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in planning, forecasting, schedule preparation, and monitoring, as well as strong communication skills for interacting with customers, vendors and inter departmental peers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the operations and execution of large steam turbine assemblies and components during manufacturing and repairs.
- Develop and implement detailed project plans, including forecasting and scheduling.
- Preparation of Risk assessment and their mitigation plans.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion.
- Cash flow management and financial monitoring of the project.
- Communicate effectively with customers, vendors and inter department team to ensure project requirements are met.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to project timelines and quality.
- Prepare and present regular reports on project status to senior management.
- Capturing of NCCs and periodical reporting.
Qualifications:
- Over 15years of extensive experience in operations and execution of large steam turbine assemblies or similar components.
- Strong background in planning, forecasting, and schedule preparation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field (preferred).
