We are looking for a Portfolio Sales Enablement Manager to join our Portfolio Sales Enablement, focusing on Service products, solutions, and services. In this key role, you will combine market knowledge, technical insights, and strategic thinking to optimize and grow our automation business in the Nordic region.
About the role:
This is a newly created position – a development role, where you will be able to start your own team.
In this role you will act as the link between global initiatives and local market needs. You will define business strategies and roadmaps for Service products and services, ensuring their relevance and success in the Nordic market in-order-to meet the SI Buildings growth and profitability targets. You will have a strong commercial focus and draw on your ability to combine products, solutions, and services into cohesive offerings that meet customer needs.
Your key responsibilities:
  • Defining and executing the go-to-market strategy, lifecycle and local positioning of the assigned product, solution and/or service portfolio, in line with the business strategy.
  • Fostering close collaboration with global headquarters, ensuring local needs are incorporated and aligned with global strategies.
  • Responsible for localization of sales enablement and technical documentation.
  • Analyzing market trends, customer requirements, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Monitoring performance, Tracking KPI’s and implementing corrective measures to optimize our market position and performance.
  • Building & developing a robust, engaged and growth-oriented network within the Building organization and drive a proactive collaboration with Tech Units
  • Helping to foster a positive, productive company culture and work environment.
Your Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in product management, business development or strategy, ideally within Service, building technologies or a related industry.
  • Deep understanding of Service solutions, including their technical and commercial aspects.
  • Experience working in a global corporation managing several international stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
  • Extensive knowledge of Nordic market trends and customer requirements
  • Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbally.
