Do you want to be responsible to expand the footprint of the bespoken Siemens Fire Safety portfolio in Qatar by developing the solution partners channel in a dynamic and growing market?
We are seeking for a Fire Sales Representative (Fire alarm and clean agent Fire suppression systems), for our Buildings business plans and executes sales targets and activities in selling buildings Products through channel partners. You will develop the fire partners and represent the complete portfolio with focus on fire safety.
Buildings – Products, is making smart buildings real. Its offering comprises of fire safety products, Building Management Systems, HVAC field devices, IOT buildings products, software and cloud-based solutions to manage buildings anywhere - anytime.
Siemens environment is very dynamic, handling Multi-Partners and Multi projects/opportunities. You will join an agile and diverse team and will be responsible for Fire Safety Portfolio sales and business development by achieve the targets; Closely collaborating with other business units within Siemens Smart Infrastructure.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners, ensuring their continued commitment and sales contribution.
- Ensure efficient sales support for all partners and customers with Fire safety -specific product portfolio demand.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for channel partners, monitoring their sales performance, market share, and overall effectiveness.
- Create and execute channel partner marketing and sales strategies.
- Plan and ensures overall Fire safety sales volumes, customer visits and strategic activities.
- Analyze the specific market conditions and builds a sound market related network of stakeholders.
- Prepare regular reports and forecasts on channel partner performance for senior management.
- Coordinate and negotiates proposals in cooperation with inside sales/other involved professionals and management.
- Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and technical teams to provide partners with the necessary training, resources, and product knowledge.
- Provide and manage information for forecasts and planning via salesforce CRM system such as opportunity funnels.
- Establish and supports demand generation & value selling through partners.
- Conduct Fire safety technical sales training and provide support for product selection and value engineering.
- Develop relationship with various consultants, end users and contractors to increase reach of our existing partners.
- Collect data related to market transparency to enable prepare business growth plans and strategy.
- Working with planners & consultants for approvals, design and specifications.
- Managing and meeting main contractors, EPC’s and MEP contractors to ensure sales
Your success is grounded in
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical degree (MBA or MSc in Fire safety is preferred).
- Strong know-how of fire safety products and solutions.
- Strong organizational and sales management skills.
- Experience in Fire safety -industry from a manufacturer or channel partner in a sales manager role (7-10 years)
- Preferably, experience in Siemens Fire safety products (Fire alarm and Fire suppression system) and/or with others leading fire systems products
- Understanding of promoting premium products with value-selling against price driven market / competitors.
- Proven experience with Global fire safety codes and regulations VDS,NFPA,.. Etc
- Proven Experience in local codes and regulations of Qatar civil defense.
- The ability to motivate the partners to push/sell Siemen’s products to achieve targets.
- Qatar market knowledge, Sales and customer development, Domain-specific standards and regulations (Fire), Identifying and developing customer value, Sales and customer development, Account business planning, Consultative selling and Communicative, passionate, self-driven, reliable and fast-learner.
- Results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Fluent English language skills, Arabic language is preferred.
