Responsibilities:
Market Expansion: Develop and implement strategies to grow Siemens Healthineers' D&A and Enterprise Solutions market share in Taiwan, focusing on healthcare digitalization and operational optimization.
Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, engage with key decision-makers in healthcare institutions, and drive sales of digital and enterprise solutions.
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, government agencies, and industry leaders to promote Siemens Healthineers’ solutions and secure long-term partnerships.
Solution Promotion: Tailor and present value propositions for D&A and Enterprise Solutions, emphasizing their impact on healthcare efficiency, patient outcomes, and operational excellence.
Collaboration: Work closely with local sales teams, regional business units, and global stakeholders to align strategies and achieve business objectives.
Market Intelligence: Monitor and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to adapt strategies and ensure competitiveness.
Regulatory Alignment: Ensure all marketing and sales efforts comply with local healthcare regulations and industry standards.
Performance Tracking: Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of market development initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
Education, Experience and Competencies
Master’s degree in Engineering, Business/Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a Medicine-related field.
At least 6 years of experience in marketing, business development, or sales within the healthcare or technology industry.
Proven track record of successfully developing and growing markets for digital healthcare technologies or enterprise solutions.
Strong understanding of healthcare digitalization trends and enterprise-level solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
Strategic thinking with the ability to translate business goals into actionable plans.
Proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence internal and external stakeholders.
