You’ll make an impact by

• You conduct "as is" due diligences to understand customer challenges and difficulties and propose "to be" processes with solutions for customers.
• You write user stories and acceptance criteria.
• You collaborate with the development teams to ensure delivery to the customer.
• You are responsible to support Digital Transformation projects assigned to you.
• You support operational, technical applications collecting the requirements, document it and provide inputs for resolution, and being the interface between operations and technical teams.
• You support project management office in project implementations and provide training to operations.
