Role Description
Responsible and Accountable for strategy and business success of AT SU in the Region China;
Represents Region China and has full decision-making authority in China for respective SU topics;
Lead China SU sales team and drive business to become a customer trusted partner in Region China
Key Responsibilities
Responsible and Accountable for strategy and business success of SU in the Region China;
Lead and drive SU business performance in China:
Define and optimize SU China Marketing strategies/strategic action plan.
Continue developing SU portfolio based on a deep understanding customer needs and clinical conditions.
Responsible for market intelligence, understanding market trends and success factors.
Responsible for sales planning and driving operational performance: e.g., top line, pricing excellence and SG&A in line with company, BA and sales strategy.
Set the sales targets for responsible sales team and manage the sales budget.
Ensure SU China commercial excellence, e.g., funnel management, business partners management, CRM excellence and coverage enhancement with expected sales effectiveness and competitiveness.
Manage partnership with key accounts and KOLs in a customer centric manner, government authorities and healthcare industry related department.
Oversee strategic and operational risk management.
Lead transformation and change management to meet business and organization needs;
Lead the communication and cooperation between China and global SU to ensure successful implementation of global product strategies;
As a member of AT Management Team, contribute to the development of the overall strategy of AT China;
Build up an effective team and cultivate high-quality talents for high performance based on business needs.

Requirements:
Proven track record
15+ years experience and success in sales and marketing roles with proven record of business success, preferably with experience in Surgery business
Rich knowledge of sales cycle, customer relation and channel management
P&L experience of healthcare related MNCs with about EUR ~30 mio revenue
Experience in leading diverse teams and manage product portfolios in surgery
