Quality Excellence (QE) provides support for topics like maintaining the Quality Management System, Document Control, Analysis of Cost of quality which includes the NCC Management, coordinating Internal / External Audits to ensures ISO Certification and of course, Digitalization.

Job description:
? Management Information System: Collect, analyze, and communicate quality-related data, metrics, and key performance
indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, evaluate performance, and drive continuous improvement efforts.
Non-Conformance Management: Work closely with other departments, such as Sales, Order management, production,
engineering, and customer service, to address quality issues, resolve problems, and implement preventive measures using
the 8D format and various Quality tools like Ishikawa diagram, Why-Why analysis, etc.
? Co-ordinate and perform quality audits: Conduct regular audits followed by Management Review to assess adherence to
quality standards, identify non-compliance issues, and implement corrective actions.
? Customer Factory approval audits: Provision of factory data for customer audits & coordinating the audit
? Develop and implement quality management systems: Implement and maintain quality management systems to ensure
compliance with industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements.
? Document Control: Monitor document revisions, approvals, circulation and withdrawal of older revisions.
? Monitor and improve quality processes: Identify areas for improvement in product or service quality and develop
strategies to enhance processes, reduce defects, and optimize efficiency.
? Develop and update quality policies and procedures: Establish and update quality policies, procedures, and work
instructions to guide employees in maintaining quality standards.
? Train and educate employees: Identify, provide training and support to employees on quality control processes,
methodologies, and tools to ensure a consistent understanding and implementation of quality standards.
? Ensure compliance with regulations: Stay updated on industry regulations, standards, and certifications applicable to the
organization and ensure compliance through appropriate quality management practices.
? Drive a culture of quality: Promote a culture of quality throughout the organization by fostering awareness,
accountability, and continuous improvement among employees.
? Digitalization: Act as an interface for all respective digitalization processes.
Qualifications and Skills:
? Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronic engineering, or Engineering Degree with relevant technical experience
? Minimum 10 years’ experience in Quality Management, Quality Assurance, Supplier Quality, Supplier development in with
a track record of implementing and managing quality systems and driving process improvements.
? ISO 9001:2015 certified minimum Internal auditor
? Very good command of English both written and spoken.
? Proficiency in MS Office Applications and Office 365.
? Strong understanding of quality management principles in line to ISO 9001:2015, methodologies, and tools, such as ISO
standards, Six Sigma, Lean.
? Proficiency in data analysis, interpretation of metrics, and problem-solving using quality tools and statistical techniques.
? Strong attention to detail to identify quality issues and ensure compliance with standards.
? Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
? A proactive approach to driving continuous improvement and a passion for quality excellence.
? Familiarity with relevant industry regulations, standards, and certifications applicable to the organization.
? No restriction for travelling and frequently travelling will be required.
