Apply now for the position of Product Sales Expert Laboratory Solutions and you will be responsible to achieve within the assigned territories (South Italy: Sicilia, Calabria, Campania, Puglia, Basilicata) the product sales targets agreed with the organization and in compliance with Company strategies. You will report to the Territory Manager within the Sales Commercial Lab Organization and functionally to the marketing department, collaborating with other company functions, to obtain maximum customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Your role:
- You will work proactively with the project team of Territory Sales, Marketing, Project Management and HCS (Healthcare Consulting Solutions) to identify business prospects and opportunities, proposing specific solutions for the customer.
- You will manage the analysis of workflows in clinical laboratories, develop projects using VSM (Value Selling Methodology) and design new layouts using the best technical drawing tools (CAD/Visio and 3D layout).
- You will make the best use of the technology of the product portfolio to present innovative solutions and projects (Automation, AI, Digital IT, Business Intelligence and Robotics).
- You will create networks with laboratory managers and industry reference KOLs.
- You will produce a detailed report on the progress of projects based on the frequency agreed with the different company functions involved.
- You will contribute to the preparation of tenders and the formulation of offers.
- You will be available to travel in the assigned Territory and to support other territories if necessary.
Your expertise:
- Sales orientation with experience gained in public and private laboratories.
- Knowledge of laboratory IT solutions
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Experience in workflow analysis and simulation, layout (CAD, Visio, 3D modeling)
- Strong experience with software skills (MS Office tools) and primary IT concepts
- Strong presentation skills to present workflow analyzes and projects creatively.
- Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken
- Lean and Six Sigma experience is highly preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Science, Computer Science or Engineering or a related field
- Place of work: Preferably in Lazio and neighboring regions
