Requirements:

• Background in a technical or engineering discipline.
• An MBA degree from an accredited institution.
• 5-10 years of professional work experience in a relevant industry or field.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, preferably in international or cross-functional settings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptability and a willingness to work in a fast-paced, innovative, and collaborative environment.
