Then come and join our Thailand team as Customer Service Engineer for CT, MRI, MI

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You will fulfill the customer's needs for Preventative Maintenance (PM), any updates/ upgrades, corrective service, installations and/or workshop repairs in accordance with business contractual obligations (contract obligations or billing policy)
  • You will timely complete the Service Reports with good liaison with the Customer Care Centre (CCC), management, sales, marketing and/or customers ensuring current location and job status is communicated back to Customer Call Centre
  • You will comply with all Environment & Safety (EH&S) policies, service escalation procedures and all customer requests, complaints and comments communicated to the job holder are passed to the relevant department for action.
  • You will maintain personal knowledge of safety instructions and operational procedures and participate in training courses including 'self-learning', computer based and on-the-job training.
  • You will be well verse in CT, MRI, IM medical product line.
  • You will build and strengthen competency in technical knowledge.
  • You will foster development of relationship with customers to excel in customer satisfaction.
  • You will perform installation, startup, maintenance, repairs, updates of all products within his/her area of expertise and assisting with other products under supervision.
  • You may be trained as a remote support specialist to provide advanced technical support to customers and local service team.

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering or related fields.
  • You hold a successfully completed Technical or Degree, trained with a current Radiation license and electrical license.
  • You have experience in service, maintenance and/or installation activities in Advanced Therapies and X-ray is required for this position.
  • You have work experience 1-3 Years relevant experience in medical equipment field including MRI, CT, MI
  • You are physically fit to work in magnetic field.

  • You are a strong communicator and comfortable working autonomously.
  • You can build sound working relationships internally and with Customers will ensure success in this role.
  • You are proficient in Thai and English both written and spoken.
