Your role:
1. Conduct DFM and feasibility studies on methods and equipment to meet product specification or customer requirements, coordinate with R&D project teams regarding ensure that all relevant know-how has been transferred to SCM EN team.
2. Setting up and maintaining validation and verification of production processes, including the creating of working and testing instruction for SCM.
3. Support Industry Engineer to improve process quality in production with the goal to recognize and then eliminate disturbances in existing production process.
4. Planning of testing equipment and production equipment.
5. Support SPR during supplier selection.
6. Establish and maintain incoming inspection procedure.
7. Maintaining up-to-date information on NPI project plan and milestone plans to ensure the transparency of project progress within SCM team.
8. Technical support for service, manufacturing and testing during the product life cycle time.
9. Sustain and improve existing processes, detect and prevent processing Problems, introduction application of new development in Process Engineering.
