• Your task will focus on the development Data-Based process optimization in the field of advanced manufacturing
• First you will Evaluate data processing requirements in advanced manufacturing environments to determine optimal allocation between edge and cloud platforms
• You will research and analyze existing cloud-edge architectures in the field of advanced manufacturing to inform the design and implementation of an optimal architecture for combining edge-based and cloud-based process monitoring
• You will foster data sharing capabilities to facilitate collaboration and knowledge exchange among stakeholders in the advanced manufacturing industry
• Our range of tasks is broad, and you are encouraged to try new things

What you need to make real what matters.

• You are currently enrolled in a technical or scientific degree such as computer science, games engineering or engineering sciences
• You have solid experience in python and you write good-quality code which other people can understand
• You have worked with big datasets and cloud-based computing
• You enjoy scientific work and are characterized by a structured and independent way of working
• Very good written and oral English or German skills are required
