Take efforts to develop/enhance governance framework and drive innovative and competitive offerings to enable customers to pay balancing market dynamics and risks.

1. Perform overall governance of financing services in the region
Perform the overall governance role covering all financing services topics in the region (e.g., China and some AP countries) with the main target to enhance the transparency thus ensuring full business compliance of the respective activities, and at the same time, improve the process efficiency, and sustain and maximize the benefit to support business growth.
Under this target, the governance role is structured to including, but not limited to data & reporting, workflows & process, know-how transition as well as funder relationship & partnership.
2. Continue to design and apply innovative and competitive financing solutions to bridge funding gaps with controllable risk exposure
Estabish close relationship and communication with business front-liners, review regularly business funnel and business cases with major channels and stakeholders to explore financing opportunies.
Support delivery/coverage team to implement specific programs; and
Pro-actively think and take ways to drive implementation through but not limited into promotion campaign, digital marketing, partnership, etc.
3. Support establishment and implementation of robust internal credit capacity to improve risk assessment and handling, thus enhancing flexibility of solution offering
Streamline processes to integrate internal and external financing solution offerings and credit decision-making flow
Design credit management framework and implement the process to review, monitor and handle risks on a regular basis and support credit decision making properly balancing risks and growth
Collaborate with key stakeholders to well manage the credit portfolio with proper controls on the individual deals and overall risk exposure
4. Support ad hoc global financing project if any
Experience
• Over 5 years working experience in business development, business analytics, business operation, bank/leasing marketing, and/or financial analysis,etc. Hybrid experience is strongly preferred.
• Similar role(s) in other industry players or financial institution is preferred.
• Fast learner, both talent of excellent communicator and data manager.
• Familiarity with working within an international environment.
• Pro-active, structured, self driven and with ability to work within a dynamic and cross functional environment.
