Commercial Manager

The successful candidate will take the responsibility of managing the daily finance & operational activities of our in-vivo business with a 3-people team.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with sales & service teams for tender, quotations process and contract renewal
• Assist sales & service teams in implementing & enforcing terms of contracts
• Act as partner to business in providing suggestions and solutions for business scenarios
• Ensure transactions comply with internal guidelines and accounting standards
• Establish, review & enforce SOPs for internal and external parties to comply with Company guidelines and enhancing governance
• Timeliness & accuracy on assets management
• Proactively implement measures in optimizing working capital, e.g. inventory, accounts receivables
• Standardize, streamline/simplify & automate processes to improve overall team’s efficiency & effectiveness
• Manage own team by providing guidance & support

Requirements:

• University graduate in accounting or related discipline
• At least 5 years relevant experience in finance related positions, preferably in the Healthcare Industry
• High degree of computer literacy, especially in Excel, and proficient in SAP applications
• Good interpersonal and problem solving skills, result and quality orientation
• Independent, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Good command of English and Mandarin
