Job Description
- Support business daily activities, includes LoA process, contract reviewing and management, order/revenue recognition and project P&L controlling.
- To be an independent finance business partner who can discuss and provide suggestions for business opportunities and operational topics to technical sides.
- Supports accountable management in planning and calculating yearly budgets. Consolidate budgets, including top-down and bottom-up plans, and proceeds with revolving midterm planning, and periodic forecasts during the year.
- Provides regular business reports, with respect to overall performance, and recommends actions to accountable management.
- Carries out ad-hoc analyses and profitability calculations.
- Contributes to conceptual and project work related to controlling.
- May perform evaluations of assets and liabilities, and manages inventory measures on a regular term.
Education, Experience and Competencies
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
- Proven understanding of financial statements and financial guidance.
- Relevant certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an auditing firm or corporate finance field.
- Good English communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Experience with SAP is a plus.
- Ability to anticipate and adapt to changes in the business environment.
- Ability to work independently, identify root causes, and follow up on incidents.
- Strong ownership and a growth mindset.
