Welcome to Hacon, a leading IT company in the field of digital mobility solutions. We are a 100% subsidiary of Siemens Mobility. As an independently managed company, we are part of Siemens Mobility. Whenever you are traveling with public transportation in Europe, you have already encountered us and our work. In our headquarter in Hannover, Berlin, and other locations, we develop software with over 500 employees that helps transportation providers worldwide make travel as easy as possible for their passengers. We love the idea that our solutions help establish public transportation as a genuine and environmentally friendly alternative to owning a car.
Whether by train, bus, bicycle, or e-scooter: We make mobility easy. Our software solutions support transportation companies in ensuring that travelers have a comfortable and seamless journey – from trip planning to reservations, mobility apps, mobile ticketing, to comprehensive MaaS (Mobility as a Service) solutions and on-demand offerings. Your work has an immediate impact on millions of people and contributes to the creation of environmentally friendly, efficient, and connected mobility.
Join us and shape the future of mobility with us!
Your path will lead you to our Software Business Unit, whose solutions for travel planning, booking and ticketing make travelling convenient and seamless. Our apps make everyday life easier for millions of people. We are looking for a Product Manager (d/f/m) to join our product team. In your role, you will be responsible for these topics:
Your Tasks
  • As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the comprehensive and global management of our partner strategy. This includes analyzing and understanding customer needs, end-user requirements, market dynamics, and business goals to derive a partnering strategy, including an integration roadmap.
  • You will take ownership of the business objectives related to the partner strategy and play a key role in driving its success.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with partners—from initial exploratory discussions to the technical development of integrations and through to execution and operations with our customers—will be among your core responsibilities.
  • To implement the integration, you structure the functional requirements, develop designs with our design team and refine these with our architects and developers on a technical level.
  • You will be actively involved in acquiring international (enterprise) clients by developing models to optimally position our portfolio of mobility partners in the market.
  • You will work closely with teams from marketing, solution engineering, and sales to ensure cohesive collaboration.
  • Your expertise will be recognized: you will develop actionable recommendations and decision-making proposals, with the opportunity to present them directly to our top management.
Your Profile
  • You have a university degree, ideally in a business-related or engineering field.
  • Most importantly, you bring extensive professional experience in product and/or partner management, ideally in a technology-driven, agile environment.
  • You have experience in executing commercial strategies, particularly in relation to SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) platforms.
  • You think strategically and work results-oriented, with strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • You are passionate about innovation and eager to actively shape progress. This role gives you the freedom to create new solutions and develop creative approaches.
  • You have excellent English skills for this international role, with German knowledge being an advantage.
Benefits
At our location in Hanover we offer you, among other things:
  • Family-friendly culture: Hybrid work, flexible working hours, 30 days of vacation, childcare subsidy and open-door policy.
