- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a related field.
- Proven experience in financial controlling, accounting, or a similar role, preferably in a factory controlling environment.
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to extract insights from complex financial data sets.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis, mathematical modeling, and quantitative techniques. Technical knowledge and experience with automation tools (e.g., Python, Knime, SQL, Excel Macros) to streamline financial processes, demonstrated curiosity and a passion for learning, with an interest in emerging technologies like AI and machine learning for financial analysis, forecasting, and decision-making.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with SAP (FI/CO, COPA. SD, MM & PP would be an asset).
- Ability to make accurate estimates and projections in an ever-increasing landscape of uncertainties, leveraging advanced analytical techniques and adapting to changing business conditions.
- Fluent verbal communication skills in English are essential.
