We are looking for: Manual/Automation Software Test Specialist

• B.E/B. Tech/M. Tech graduate in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
• Experience between 5 Years above with exposure to Commissioning of Low Voltage Products with at least 2 years of experience in Software Testing
• Expertise in SDLC, ISTQB – Certified and knowledge of communication protocols - Proven understanding in IC 61850
• Experience in commissioning of Electrical Panels, Circuit breakers, Energy meters and PLC
• Technical knowledge in low voltage products (Electrical Panels, Circuit breakers, Energy meters, Power quality Meters etc)
• Good Knowledge on Power System –Distribution & Utilization. Protection & Energy management system.
• Mentor the team with domain knowhow.
• Support team to understand the customer pain areas and conceptualize the solutions with the domain knowledge.
• Knowledge on IOT devices is an added advantage
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, convey testing status, and report issues clearly.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills within a team environment.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum) is a plus.

• In-depth knowledge of various testing methodologies such as , regression testing, exploratory testing, and automated testing.
• Design comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on functional and non-functional requirements, and implement them optimally.
• Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks (e.g. Ranorex, Playwright) to build and execute automated test scripts, increasing testing efficiency and coverage.
• Closely with development and product management teams to analyze and resolve product defects.
• Build and maintain testing documentation (test plans, test cases/scripts, defect reports, etc.).
