Apply now for the position of HR Country Head Romania, and you will lead the country HR function while being an integrant part of the Romania Leadership Team. Reporting to Head of HR CEECA in EMEA, you will act as a valued HR Advisor to the country leadership team by consulting and shaping the organization along the latest HR trends.
Your role:
- You will serve as a trusted HR Advisor to the country Leadership Team, shaping and implementing people strategies aligned with business goals
- You will design and implement HR policies and programs in compliance with local labor laws and global HR standards, ensuring robust governance across all HR functions
- You will identify and nurture talent within the organization, providing coaching to leaders on performance management, talent planning, and compensation strategies
- You will foster a positive employee relations environment and drive Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives, ensuring alignment with global and regional strategies
- You will implement a streamlined HR delivery model and manage external HR vendors, ensuring effective support for managers and employees through various HR tools and resources
- You enjoy working in a very broad role, from strategy to hands on operations
Your expertise:
- You possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or an equivalent qualification, essential for the role
- You bring approximately 10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 4 years in a senior HR leadership position, preferably within a global or multinational, matrix organization
- You have in-depth expertise in Romanian labor law and excel at managing complex labor relations, ensuring compliance and successful project delivery
- You have led organizational transformations, including restructuring, policy redesign, and global HR program implementations, driving strategic change across the business
- You possess strong business literacy, enabling you to engage with the business, understand strategic goals, and act as a trusted business advisor
- You are fluent in both Romanian and English, essential for effectively navigating a bilingual business environment and engaging stakeholders at all levels
