We are seeking a mature and highly independent candidate to join our sales team as the Partner Development manager for the ASEAN market. This position will report to the Digital Industries ASEAN head and will be based in Singapore. The ideal candidate should possess a thorough understanding of the channel sales aspects of the Digital Industries portfolio, with a strong emphasis on building effective strategic within the region to ensure continuous growth of the partner ecosystem. Representing Siemens at senior levels within customers' organizations, the candidate will bring forward opportunities for timely and successful closures.
You’ll make an impact by:
Strategic Leadership:
- Spearhead the development and execution of strategic growth initiatives for channel business, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market trends.
- Oversee the design and implementation of robust sales strategies, business reviews, and performance metrics for partners to drive long-term value creation.
Partner Ecosystem Development
- Architect and lead scalable partner programs to strengthen and expand the channel ecosystem, ensuring partners' success in key and emerging markets.
- Cultivate and enhance high-impact partnerships by navigating complexities, resolving conflicts, and driving mutual business success.
Market Penetration
- Devise and execute strategic initiatives to enable local channel partners to penetrate high-growth market segments.
- Anticipate market challenges and leverage insights to maintain a competitive edge while aligning with broader industry dynamics.
Governance and Compliance
- Uphold corporate integrity and compliance by embedding governance standards across channel operations.
- Drive adherence to key internal policies, customer processes, and industry regulations to ensure sustainable business growth.
You excel in:
Educational Background:
- A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, Computer) or a related field.
Experience and Expertise:
- 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in channel management, preferably within Digital Industries or a related sector.
- Proven track record in crafting and executing strategic initiatives that drive substantial business outcomes through channel models.
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-level partner engagements, including conflict resolution, strategic alignment, and execution of joint business plans.
Strategic Capabilities:
- Strong acumen in managing forecasts, achieving complex sales targets, and delivering sustainable growth.
- Advanced skills in market analysis, business planning, and portfolio management to navigate evolving industry landscapes.
Leadership and Collaboration:
- Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, technical, finance, and operations, toward unified goals.
- Expertise in fostering an ecosystem of innovation, growth, and trust among partners and internal stakeholders
