Accounts Payable Specialist wanted!
In our multicultural and multinational team, we are looking for a Accounts Payable Specialist with English and German. In this position you will process internal and external supplier accounting documents and handle other AP related requirements for our customers.
Your new role:
- Processing and posting of third party and ICC accounting documents in the SAP system
- Invoice/credit note checking if legal and internal requirements are met and subsequent discrepancy solving
- Daily communication with suppliers, internal colleagues and customers
- Processing of dunning letters
- Supporting of monthly/quarterly/yearly closing activities
- Creating of supporting documentation for regular AP reporting and processing of ad-hoc requests based on SAP outputs
Does your profile look like this?
- Finished High School
- Advanced knowledge of English and German, at least at a B2 level
- Basic skills in Microsoft Office like Outlook, Excel, and Teams
- Advanced experience with SAP
- Great communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude
- Detail-oriented, able to handle pressure
- Enjoys working as part of a team
