Then come and join our global team as Intern (f/m/d) to get to know the field of Innovative Rapid Prototyping.
Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You will help to prepare and run design thinking or problem-solving workshops
- You will support to design and build rapid low-code apps & dashboards with fellow interns and colleagues
- You will assist with efforts to test and iterate on prototypes
- You will contribute ideas for team and organization improvements
- You will work in a highly international team in Germany, which drives digitalization use cases on a global scale with various business colleagues within Siemens Healthineers.
- One main focus and interaction point will be towards colleagues in Japan
- Our interns experience a wide range of work topics and tools in an innovative department. We don’t expect our interns to know everything, we emphasize curiosity and willingness to try new things and learn

Your qualifications and experience:
- You are currently studying in any subject, but an IT and digital understanding and experience is highly valued
- You have worked in different teams and are comfortable with diverse colleagues
- You are familiar with the basics of software programming
- Highly helpful if you made first experiences with Design Thinking and/or Low Code
Your attributes and skills:
- Your Japanese and English language skills are business proficient/advanced
- You have very good communication and interpersonal skills and are comfortable working in teams
- You will be interested in presenting to others & learning to facilitate user interviews or workshops
- You are a proactive self-starter, capable of finding paths even in ambiguous situations and not afraid to ask questions
- You are open minded and self-organized
- You are inspired by technology and coding
