Then come and join our global team as Data Product Manager (f/m/d) to drive the customer segmentation as foundation of our digital sales transformation.

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.


Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You will implement a global Customer Segmentation Concept and Guideline, ensuring both consistency across various business regions and units and flexibility for local needs
  • You will be responsible for the Customer Segmentation methodology by leading the development and implementation of segmentation processes that enhance the customer journey
  • You will act as a key advisor for Sales Regions, Business Areas, Business Lines and Country Stakeholder, offering guidance on how to leverage segmentation for improving hybrid selling efforts
  • You will have complete business ownership over Customer Segmentation Data Products, managing their lifecycle and optimization
  • You will be responsible for classifying and organizing data sources, ensuring that customer and market data is structured and managed effectively
  • You will play a key role in digitizing sales processes, particularly through workflows enabling the personalization of communications based on customer segmentation
  • You will take the lead in the resolution of data-related issues and ensure a smooth communication across teams and stakeholders

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You have successfully completed a degree in Business IT, Computer Science, Data Science / Data Engineering or another relevant field
  • You contribute many years of professional experience in customer segmentation, data-driven business projects or similar roles. Here you have gained strong project management and functional leadership experience as well as an in-depth knowledge of agile management methods
  • You have a solid background in Data Warehousing, Data Engineering, and modern data architecture concepts and can apply this knowledge to complex customer segmentation processes
  • You possess a deep understanding of customer and market dynamics in healthcare, including segmentation needs in B2B environments
  • You have a strong understanding of modern tech stacks for Data Engineering and Data Warehousing, with expertise in SQL and Python. Further knowledge of composable architectures and data modeling techniques such as Kimball Star and Data Vault would be a plus
  • Ideally, you have experience in hybrid selling, digital marketing, or CRM processes

  • You offer very good consulting and analytical skills to support downstream business use cases with data expertise
  • You have proven leadership skills and the ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams
  • You excel at driving collaboration and ensuring alignment across diverse groups, even without direct disciplinary authority
