Then come and join our global team as SAP Service Training Specialist (f/m/d) for the P58 Training Academy to train our employees worldwide in handling and using the international P58 template
Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
This position can be filled at any Siemens Healthineers Location within the EMEA region in full-time or part-time with a minimum of 30h/week.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You will conduct virtual Instructor Lead Trainings for end-users, key-users, and “Train the Trainer” sessions for the SAP CS module, addressing core functional areas, such as Master Data Management, Service Notifications, Service Orders and Confirmations, Service Contracts and Warranties, Reporting and Analytics
- You will collaborate with subject matter experts for developing training content tailored to SAP CS scenarios, ensuring clear, interactive materials for both practical and theoretical learning (presentations, business process guides, trouble-shooting guides, and hands-on exercises)
- You will innovate online training methodologies, leveraging tools like SAP Enable Now to create efficient and engaging digital learning content
- You will analyze, update, and localize training materials (courses, guides, job aids, and assessments) based on new releases, regional requirements, and feedback from key users and functional leads
- You oversee trainees during exercises, address questions on SAP CS-specific processes and provide detailed guidance for maximum learning outcome
- You actively participate in user support during the Hypercare phase post-Go-Live, ensuring smooth adoption of SAP CS functionalities and addressing real-time challenges faced by end-users

Your qualifications and experience:
- You have a university degree in Information Technology, Education, Psychology, Marketing, or a related field
- You have extensive experience designing, developing, and delivering SAP-enabled business process transformation and functional system training
- Additionally, you have advanced knowledge of the SAP Customer Service (CS) module, including:
- Technical Knowledge: You are familiar with master data management, including equipment and functional location hierarchies, their relationships, and integration with other modules such as SAP PM (Plant Maintenance)
- End-to-End Process Proficiency: You are experienced in the lifecycle of service management processes, from notification creation and work order management to confirmation and settlement
- Contractual and Warranty Management: You have a solid understanding of configuring and using service contracts and warranty claims, including integration with billing processes
- Reporting Tools: You have experience in using and training others on Customer Service Information Systems (CS-IS), including dashboards for performance monitoring and operational efficiency
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP. Experience in SAP project lifecycles, including training strategy creation and delivery, is a must. Knowledge of SAP Enable Now or similar tools is highly beneficial
- You have the proven ability to navigate innovations in learning technologies and strategies, conducting impact assessments and integrating findings into training plans
- You have strong instructional design skills for live, virtual and digital deliveries

- You have extremely strong verbal and written English communication skills geared to all levels of audience in an international training environment
- You show the ability to perform at a very high level independently within a high-performance team environment, and you demonstrate the ability to collaborate on several projects and with several partners geographically
- You have distinct expertise to decipher complex issues and to convey these in training courses. Strong attention to detail and ability to deal with ambiguity is a plus
- You are capable of inspiring others with your ideas and skills to lead, coach and motivate trainees, peers and colleagues
- You bring passion for working in a highly dynamic and multicultural environment with an agile culture and the willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis
