Financial Controller

The new role - challenging and future-oriented

• Checks and approves purchase orders in accordance with internal procedures. Ensures that correct accounting accounts and cost centers are used.
• Manages fixed assets and investments. Calculates return on investment.
• Conducts month closing activities, data analysis, and prepares financial reports in compliance with company requirements.
• Verifies accounting records and ensures compliance with current accounting regulations.
• Performs controlling activities related to cost reduction, analysis of deviations from planned/forecasted costs, and cost estimations.
• Evaluates the financial impact of production-related processes.
• Monitors the company’s performance indicators and prepares action plans in case of deviations from objectives.
• Calculates product pricing and analyzes deviations between standard production costs and actual production costs.
• Analyzes the consumption of stocks.
• Participates in the annual inventory.
• Prepares information for financial audits and transfer pricing documentation.
• Prepares the requested statistical reports.

Qualifications - solid and relevant

• Bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in controlling and financial-accounting activities.
• Intermediate-level English language proficiency.
• Strong organizational and activity planning skills, with analytical thinking.
• Good PC skills (MS Office).
• SAP operation knowledge is an advantage.
