Then come and join our global team! We are looking for a passionate Clinical Education Specialist in Magnetic Resonance (MR) reporting to our Education Service Manager.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Deliver high quality end-user training to customers as on the assigned diagnostic imaging via an hybrid approach, onsite or virtual.
  • Passionately represent Siemens Healthineers in front of the customer aiming to achieve outstanding customer experience and exceptional customer satisfaction delivering handover and follow-up trainings.
  • Support and assist customer to optimize the performance of the equipment in their clinical and operational setting.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Demonstrate the value of our products and services during pre-sales and post-sales activities in collaboration with our sales and marketing departments including trades and congresses.
  • Collaborate with commercial department to develop our customer’s needs.
  • Develop our education services portfolio in collaboration with the team.
  • Track, monitor and develop customer education’s needs expanding and localizing education content.
  • Comply with reporting and good documentation practice.

Your qualifications and experience:

  • Education: MSc in Biomedical Engineering or Physics or BSc in radiology, diagnostic imaging and radiotherapy techniques.
  • Expert knowledge of MRI physics and principles.
  • Preferred experience in MRI as clinical trainer or user.
  • Preferably located in the area of Roma or Napoli.

  • Willingness to travel in the Italian territory up to 80%.

  • Strong Organization skills
  • Exceptional communication skills together with presenter/trainer skills also in virtual/remote set up.
  • Excellent teamwork.
  • Fluent in English.
