As a Portfolio Manager for Customer Experience at Siemens Grid Software, you will play a crucial role in shaping and adapting our commercial offerings and the interactions of our customers with them.
You will take ownership of seamless customer journeys by understanding overarching needs, own and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive implementation. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction, retention, and overall brand loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and gather insights to understand customer needs, pain points, and behaviors with the focus on customer experience, packaging and pricing
- Develop and map out customer journeys, identifying key touchpoints and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with product managers, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and integrated customer experience
- Manage the portfolio offering structure with the overarching team and adapt packaging & pricing to accelerate growth
- Analyze and interpret customer feedback and other data to inform decisions
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance our customer experience
- Advocate for the customer perspective within the organization, promoting a customer-first mindset

- Having a completed Masters Degree in a related field would be advantageous
- Strong portfolio showcasing the ability to manage end-to-end customer experience and creating results
- Proven experience in creating commercially successful solution packages based and management of offering structures
- Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive design decisions
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to motivate stakeholders for change
- Experience in leading workshops
- Business fluent in German and English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Understanding of our industry is desired but not mandatory
