Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You provide basic and advanced system training to the users and ensure that medical equipment are utilized with all available functions to the maximum extent.
  • You act as the main contact point for the users in application-related inquiries through the lifetime of medical equipment.
  • You provide refresher training on both newly installed and upgraded/ updated systems.
  • You support product sales by introducing newly released options of products to customers.
  • You act as a bridge in the SHS Regional Support Center and site by escalating issues that requires further investigation by the regional centers.
  • You present Siemens Healthineers Customer Services’ digital tools/ solutions to customers and encourage customers to utilize those.
  • You act as the EDU Ambassador in the market by designing education programs to respective product groups in the area of your responsibility and ensuring that customers are well-informed about new education solutions.

Your qualifications and experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant field is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Biomedical, Medical, or respective areas) or associate degree in Imaging Techniques
  • Advanced level of English
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively (about 70%)
  • Knowledge of medical equipment or high technology systems theory
  • Male candidates should have completed the military service requirement
