Then come and join our global team as Working Student (f/m/d) to support the area Benefits, Pension and Mobility in the Human Resources field.
Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You support global research projects, country-specific analyses, and are involved in benefits and mobility topics related to M&A activities
  • You contribute to the development of our global mobility strategy (e.g. for business travelers, secondments) and support various mobility and global benefits projects
  • You provide technical, content and communication support in the creation and maintenance of country-specific Benefits & Mobility Summaries
  • You help us with the document management of the department including structuring and updating the MS Teams channels and work on the creation and maintenance of a global benefits database
  • You help with the further development and implementation of our benefits and mobility intranet homepages and create PowerPoint presentations for the management

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You study Business administration, human resources, economics, management, business education, mathematics or a comparable course of study related to benefits or mobility
  • You are at least in the second semester of your Bachelor’s degree and at least for one year available
  • You are familiar with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, skills in PowerBI are a plus
  • Ideally, you have already gained some practical experience in HR management

  • You have very good German and good English skills
  • You are curious, creative, ready to learn and attentive to details.
  • You enjoy working in a team, are reliable and proactively familiarize yourself with new topics
