Your tasks and responsibilities:
• Take charge of all project in assigned region
• Analyze customer needs and provide solution, manage and track project for revenue achievement
• Cooperate with CS PRM to support and guide service sales
• Prepare product materials and provide training of product knowledge for region sales team
• Collect customer needs and produce trend analysis for management
• Implement business strategy towards sales team & target customer for business success
• Introduce and initiate customer satisfaction surveys, and relationship in target territory
• Set up and configure the project in system
• Support general business process, including bidding, negotiation, etc
• Support manager and take coornicateor role on the region pipeline management, the region fulfillment, and the region business risk controlling
• Analysis the market trend and the related policy, develop market and customer oriented service marketing strategies, offerings, communication methods
• Support manager and being the coordinator for the excuction in region for below activites. E.g. Road show, seminars, congresses and meetings etc.
• Well-know regional marketing and customer demands and make a marketing activity proposal in region
• Build and maintain good relationship with key and luminary customers,in accordance with marketing, application, collaboration and service for target customers’ problems solving
• Being the mentor of new joiner in team. Support manager to improve regional Product Sales related competence by coaching
• Fulfill other task assigned by supervisor
Your qualifications and experience:
Experience
Sales/marketing experiences in the field of medical imaging or clinic industry at multinational company, prefer more than 8 years working experience and at least 5 years in product sales related filed
Education
Bachelor degree (or above) with major in medical science, biomedical engineering, Good command of English
