Then come and join our global team as the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Expert (f/m/d) to support driving the development and expansion of sustainability reporting ("non-financial reporting") to meet current and future internal reporting requirements and ensure the sustainability positioning of Siemens Healthineers.
Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Using your expertise in non-financial reporting, you play an essential role in supporting the preparation and delivery of key non-financial reporting tasks
- Working closely with content owners, you offer support on process-related and regulatory matters, ensuring compliance with the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) and other reporting obligations
- Your strong analytical skills are key to actively supporting the data collection process and ensuring the implementation of effective controls for sustainability metrics
- Managing requests from external auditors, you play a central role in the external assurance process for non-financial reporting, while continuously refining and improving the underlying processes year over year
- Preparing documentation for internal reporting and board presentations, ensuring alignment with all relevant standards, also falls within your responsibilities
- You support to prepare responses to ESG ratings & rankings as well as external inquiries and questions
- You have successfully completed studies in the field of management, business administration, information technology, environmental sciences or similar
- You bring many years of hands-on experience in auditing or advising on sustainability reports, along with comprehensive knowledge of sustainability reporting
- You have extensive experience with audit procedures, particularly ESG audits
- You have a proven track record of working on cross-organizational projects, ideally within a global context, driving decisions and implementing change effectively
- Your project management skills are well-established, with a history of delivering complex assignments on time and within scope
- You have good knowledge of national and international standards for sustainability reporting (primarily ESRS standards) and a good understanding of processes

- You own it: You are passionate about Sustainability and environmental protection with the ability to persuade and engage others by being emphatic, trustworthy, integer and interculturally sensitive
- You have the ability to learn quickly, with excellent qualitative analytical skills – to understand ESRS standards on various non-financial topics and help to refine disclosure content
- You enjoy managing multiple tasks in parallel, demonstrating strong organizational skills and the ability to stay focused under pressure
- You are results-driven, with a 'hands-on’ approach to getting things done, and you're ready to take on pioneering work in an agile environment
- You have the ability to create and visualize decision proposals, presentations and training materials
- You have fluent English and German language skills
