Practice Manager / Team Lead – Operational & Financial Audit based out of Peachtree Corners, GA.
The ideal candidate should demonstrate a consistent history of exceptional performance and a commitment to personal growth. We are looking for individuals with a keen interest in expanding their horizons, eager to take on challenges beyond their current expertise, including opportunities in different practices or geographic regions.

- Set the strategy and lead multiple audit engagements through planning, fieldwork, closing meetings, and final reporting following an agile audit methodology.
- Lead your team of 3-5 direct reports as a disciplinary leader, providing guidance and mentorship to facilitate the team’s growth.
- Identify key risks in Siemens’s operational and financial environment, develop risk mitigation strategies and monitor risk exposure throughout audits.
- Leverage data analysis and technology-driven auditing techniques to enhance audit efficiency and effectiveness.
- Champion continuous process improvement, adapting audit approaches and processes to changing business environments and foster innovation.
- Fully own the client relationship with senior management during the engagement.
- Collaborate closely with the CF A Heads of Assurance Practice/Region to align on drawn conclusions and communication towards clients.
- Lead audit closing meetings with senior management and effectively communicate findings.

Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven Experience: A minimum of 10 years of professional work within Siemens, or a large accounting or consulting firm, serving reputable, publicly-listed companies as clients.
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Specialized Knowledge: Extensive experience in at least two of the following areas: Audit, Project/Commercial Project Management, Digitalization, Engineering, Financial Reporting, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Supply Chain Management (SCM), Risk Management and Internal Control, or Strategy.
- Leadership Qualities: Demonstrates purposeful and empathetic leadership with a commitment to integrity in both actions and decisions.
- Agile Leadership and Project Management: Exceptional agility in leadership and project management within complex, global organizational structures.
- Communication and Conflict Management: Outstanding communication skills emphasizing active listening, factual persuasion, strong business insight, and the ability to articulate complex business issues in a simple and concise manner
- Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in English.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time, including international travel, and adapt to our hybrid work culture.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced Education: An MBA or Master’s degree is strongly preferred.
- Professional Certifications: Credentials such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Project Management Professional (PMP) or ACCA are advantageous.
- Leadership Aspirations: A strong desire to develop into future leadership roles within the organization.
- International Experience: Prior experience in an international business environment, with a keen interest and aptitude for working in and leading diverse teams.
- Managerial Experience: Candidates with experience in managerial positions will be given preference.
- Multilingual Proficiency: Additional language proficiency is a plus.

- The pay range for this position is $165,400 - $283,600 and the annual incentive is 25% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
