We are looking for a Quality Operations Supervisor. This position will be based at our Southaven Distribution Center.
Role Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of quality assurance technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the highest level of quality in all aspects of production.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines to maintain compliance with internal quality standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and resolve quality issues, ensuring corrective actions are implemented in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and procurement, to address quality concerns and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing recommendations and implementing necessary actions.
- Manage the calibration and maintenance of testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Support customer audits and inquiries, addressing any quality-related concerns and providing necessary documentation and evidence.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations, continuously enhancing knowledge and skills to drive best practices within the organization.

Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma required
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in a manufacturing and logistics environment strong knowledge of quality control principles, tools, and methodologies.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively motivate and influence a team.
- Proven track record in driving continuous improvement initiatives and implementing quality control procedures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Proficiency in using quality management software and tools.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

- The pay range for this position is $49,350 - $84,600. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
