Regional Sales Director (Multiple Locations)
The Regional Sales Director is a field-based leadership role focused on driving the commitment and accountability of a core laboratory sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. This position is responsible for growing revenue within assigned integrated delivery networks, hospital laboratories, regional reference labs, and physician office labs. The primary goal is to foster overall revenue growth for Siemens' central lab product lines, which include chemistry, immunoassay, coagulation, hematology, plasma protein, allergy, automation, and information technology.
For US residents the pay range for this position is USD $170,000.00 -$220,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Account Executive (Multiple Locations)
The Account Executive, Core Lab is responsible for managing a designated geographic territory, offering lab diagnostic products, services, and solutions to both new and existing customers while overseeing overall account management. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years prior experience engaging with hospital lab call points and a background in medical capital equipment sales with a proven track record of success in the hospital laboratory diagnostics sector. Strong relationship-building skills and professional sales training are essential.
For US residents the pay range for this position is USD $100,000-$135,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Business Development Executive
The role of the Business Development Sales Executive involves selling capital equipment within the field, specifically targeting named accounts. The focus of the sales efforts will be on closing deals for Siemens' core lab product lines, which include: Chemistry; Immunoassay; Automation; Information technology. Key responsibilities include: Sales & Account Management; Complex Sales Process Management; Solution Selling; Stakeholder Engagement; Sales Targets. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of capital medical equipment sales experience: Preferably with large capital deals and a lengthy sales cycle. Experience in laboratory diagnostics or med tech: A solid background in the laboratory diagnostics industry, including knowledge of medical technologies and solutions, is preferred.
For US residents the pay range for this position is USD $112,000-$152,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Area Field Product Manager
The Area Field Product Manager will serve as a vital force behind growth initiatives within the sales region, acting as a trusted partner to the Area Vice President (AVP) of Sales. This position offers an exciting opportunity for any sales professional aspiring to lead a sales, marketing, or commercial teams. This role is envisioned as a 1-3 year assignment, which, if executed successfully, could lead to greater responsibilities.
The key responsibilities will include actively developing, leading, and overseeing the overall Sales Process to ensure that the Area sales team operates at an optimal level. This encompasses maintaining Shareville hygiene, effective and timely use of tools, ensuring that the skills of both new hires and existing team members meet high standards, and engaging customers in a structured manner within the sales process, as well as establishing local and regional reference sites.
Collaboration will be critical, as this individual will need to work closely with NAM Marketing, Finance, Sales Enablement, and other NAM commercial teams to ensure that the Area meets or surpasses revenue and profit targets.
The ideal candidate will have experience in developing account-level deal strategies (Miller Heiman) and effectively organizing teams for execution. Proven success and experience in front-line sales diagnostics.
For US residents the pay range for this position is USD $124,000.00 – $160,000.00 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
