We are looking for a Financial Analyst. This position will be based at Pomona, CA.
Role Description:
- Lead production aspects of our plant in Pomona, CA through a robust growth phase and beyond. Support an expansion project currently in execution.
- Partner closely with finance team and technical teams to ensure financial visibility and accuracy, implement internal controls, report, analyze, plan, forecast, monitor, and adhere to KPIs while encouraging collaboration with finance teams within and outside the plant.
- Review and analyze financial documents pre-and post-month-end close. Prepare and post monthly Journal Entries and as required.
- Analyze financial performance against key business metrics and KPIs, providing insights to management, along with improvement proposals.
- Contribute to discussions on production planning, performance, reporting issues, operational improvements, and financial requirements.
- Conduct cost-benefit analysis for new efficiency initiatives and provide savings calculations while supporting the implementation.
- Track and analyze labor efficiency for different operation lines, continuously improve labor productivity while controlling costs.
- Assist the supply chain and logistics teams with inventory analysis.
- Drive all other ad-hoc finance initiatives and contribute to strategic plant initiatives.
- Coordinate with finance teams and cross-functional partners in other Factories / Segment to share knowledge and implement best practices optimally.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in accounting or finance
- 1+ years of progressive experience in financial statement analysis and modeling
- 1+ year of Manufacturing experience
- Solid understanding of SAP or similar ERP system
- Ability to work with other functional teams across levels and communicate financial information and requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Tableau, Knime, UiPath or any other automation and visualization tool is a plus.
- Self-starter with critical thinking abilities to identify potential improvement Execute on those opportunities with minimal guidance and supervision

- The pay range for this position is $60k - $89K The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
