Reporting to the Director, Strategic Execution Office, the Senior Manager, Organizational Readiness will play a pivotal role in preparing, enabling, and empowering SHN’s internal teams to successfully navigate our strategic digital transformation. This role ensures that our people, processes, and culture evolve alongside our technology, building alignment, confidence, and capability across the organization.
This transformation represents more than a technology migration, it’s our opportunity to fundamentally improve how we serve patients, providers, and partners while establishing SHN as the leader in specialty care through innovative and sustainable technology solutions. The Senior Manager, Organizational Readiness will help make this vision real by leading enterprise-wide readiness, change, and enablement initiatives.
What You'll Do:
Lead Organizational Readiness Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive change and readiness plan that prepares teams for each stage of transformation, including communications, training, and leadership alignment.
Build Understanding and Confidence: Ensure all employees understand the why and how behind each transformation step, helping teams connect their day-to-day work to the broader organizational vision.
Change Leadership: Partner with program and functional leaders to assess change impacts, identify risks of readiness, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth adoption.
Communication and Engagement: Design and deliver timely, transparent communications that inform, inspire, and align internal stakeholders around key milestones and outcomes.
Capability and Training Enablement: Collaborate with business and digital teams to design and implement role-based training and learning pathways that equip teams for new processes and tools.
Feedback and Continuous Improvement: Establish feedback loops to surface challenges early, measure readiness, and celebrate success stories that build transformation momentum.
Cultural Alignment: Champion the mindset shift from customization to standardization, helping teams embrace scalable, modular, and sustainable ways of working.
Build confidence in SHN’s transformation journey, internally and externally.
Ensure clear direction and shared purpose across teams and clients.
Represent the voice of readiness in the core transformation project team, ensuring people, processes, and partners are prepared for change.
What You'll Need:
8+ years of experience in change management, organizational readiness, or transformation leadership roles.
University Degree required, MBA or related master’s degree an asset
Retail or healthcare experience an asset.
Proven success leading enterprise change initiatives within complex, cross-functional organizations.
Strong understanding of digital transformation and technology adoption principles.
Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex change programs into practical, actionable steps.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Able to build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with internal and external stakeholders; able to effectively communicate issues, actively engage and influence, and work collaboratively as a team member.
Able to provide solutions by using imaginative approaches where creative thinking and innovation are required.
