Why this role is important?
Reporting to the Director, Strategic Initiatives & Governance , the Senior Manager, Strategy Enablement plays a critical role in enabling alignment, clarity, and strategic execution across the SHN portfolio.
This role leads the coordination of SHN updates, ensuring inputs from multiple teams are streamlined into clear, consistent messaging for senior leadership. It also acts as the strategic lead support for initiatives within the SHN portfolio, driving cross-functional collaboration and alignment.
The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, is highly organized, and can translate complex, cross-functional work into clear deliverables and actionable plans. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution while partnering with leaders across the business.
The Senior Manager, Strategy Enablement plays a key role in supporting the delivery of SHN priorities through the execution of high-impact initiatives. Reporting into the Strategic Execution Office (SEO), this role is responsible for managing cross-functional projects from intake through to implementation, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, governance standards, and organizational priorities.
What You'll Do:
Lead the coordination of all recurring SHN updates, gathering inputs, streamlining messaging, and ensuring deliverables are executed with clarity and precision
Act as the strategic lead support for initiatives within the SHN portfolio, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to align and advance priorities
Own capital planning support for strategic initiatives
Lead key strategic initiatives right from ideation to concept design to pilot to execution
Develop clear, executive-level presentation materials and communications to support senior leadership discussions
Build strong relationships across the business to connect priorities, remove barriers, and enable strategic decision-making
What You'll Need:

5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or program/project management within a complex business or healthcare environment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing timelines
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing materials for senior executives
Proven ability to collaborate across teams and influence without authority
Comfort with ambiguity and ability to bring structure to complex or undefined work
Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; experience with planning and collaboration tools is an asset
Post-secondary education in business, healthcare, or a related field; MBA or advanced education is an asset
