Why this role is important?
We are hiring a Program Manager to help drive a large-scale, multi–business unit transformation. This role will be central to ensuring that the program delivers not just projects, but sustainable business outcomes. You will bring structure, clarity, and foresight to complex, interdependent initiatives, ensuring risks are surfaced early and objectives remain aligned across all stakeholders.
The successful candidate will blend program governance discipline with a strong sense of business impact. You will help formalize objectives, balance priorities across workstreams, and provide decision-making frameworks that enable leadership to steer the transformation effectively.
What You’ll Do
Align and structure objectives: Translate high-level business goals into clear, measurable objectives that guide program activities and resource allocation.
Maintain program governance: Lead the cadence of steering committees, reporting, and cross-workstream coordination, ensuring risks and decisions are tracked and acted upon.
Identify and mitigate business risks: Surface risks and dependencies that could impact the achievement of outcomes, not just project timelines, and develop mitigation strategies.
Balance competing priorities: Facilitate resource and budget trade-offs across workstreams, ensuring decisions reflect both near-term needs and long-term objectives.
Provide decision support: Create clear reporting, insights, and recommendations to equip executives with the context they need to make informed choices.
Document and communicate discoveries: Capture new risks, opportunities, and business implications as they emerge, ensuring transparency and accountability across the program.
Foster alignment: Ensure that workstream deliverables and sequencing stay connected to the overarching business case and transformation vision.
What You Bring
7+ years of experience in program or project management, ideally in large-scale business transformation or multi-business unit environments.
PMP and/or PgMP certification.
Strong business acumen with the ability to connect operational details to strategic objectives.
Proven experience with program governance, risk management, and benefits realization frameworks.
Exceptional communication skills, able to distill complexity into clear insights for diverse stakeholders.
Experience balancing competing priorities across shared resources and budgets.
Comfort with structured tools and methodologies (e.g., RAID management, program charters, RACI, financial tracking).
