Senior Manager, Digital Health Engagement
Ready to revolutionize healthcare in Canada? We're searching for a visionary Senior Manager of Digital Health Engagement to transform how Canadians experience healthcare through the Shoppers Drug Mart, Pharmaprix, and PC Health's digital platforms. This isn't just about managing engagement – it's about pioneering the future of digital health access across our network of 1800+ pharmacies, 300+ Lifemark locations and much more.
As an architect of our customer digital experience strategy, you'll create compelling journeys that turn first-time users into loyal advocates. You’ll partner with peers in product and marketing and working directly with our Senior Director of Digital Health, you'll lead the charge in building innovative, data-driven engagement strategies that make healthcare more accessible and user-friendly for all Canadians.
What You'll Drive:
- Craft magnetic user experiences across the entire customer lifecycle
- Spearhead go-to-market strategies for new platform features and services
- Lead product launch campaigns from conception to execution
- Design GTM playbooks that can scale across multiple channels
- Pioneer data-driven personalization that delivers the right message at the right time
- Orchestrate sophisticated automated marketing campaigns
- Transform our CRM into a powerful engagement engine
- Track and optimize key performance metrics
- Translate complex data into compelling executive stories
Your Toolkit:
- Degree in Business/Healthcare/Pharmacy (MBA a plus)
- 3-5 years crushing it in Healthcare/Corporate Strategy
- Experience leading successful product launches and GTM initiatives
- Master of lifecycle marketing and customer journey design
- Proven track record with CRM (Salesforce preferred) and marketing automation
- Data-driven decision maker who loves diving into metrics
- Early adopter mindset with curiosity for AI and emerging tech
- Expert at stakeholder management and executive communication
- Healthcare regulatory knowledge with compliance experience
- Problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments
