Job Description

We are hiring an Analyst, Strategic Pharmaceutical Partnerships to help support the creation of strategic healthcare partnerships between Loblaw and external partners, as well as the management of existing strategic healthcare partnerships. Reporting to the Director of Strategic Pharmaceutical Partnerships, you’ll have the unique opportunity to drive key alliances with top-tier pharmaceutical and medical device companies. What You'll Do:

  • Understand business objectives of internal teams, including Pharmacy Services, Digital Health, and Specialty Pharmacy teams.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends by reading relevant news articles and sharing those learnings with our team.
  • Lead the sales and operations of data sales including establishing agreements, maintaining a central repository of data customers, managing billing, and troubleshooting data issues with cross-functional teams, as required.
  • Lead the sales of vendor sponsorships for the annual Loblaw and Shoppers Drug Mart Pharmacy Conference, including the sale of tradeshow booth spaces and sponsorship opportunities for live, accredited continuing education presentations, as well as overseeing logistics and billing, as required.
  • Work closely with internal conference committee to solidify clinical education topics and support vendors, as required, ensuring development is on track, and remain the key point of contact for vendor support for conference participation.
  • Support the review and execution of partnership initiatives.
  • Ad-hoc data analysis
  • Salesforce CRM management on behalf of Pharmaceutical Partnerships team.

What You'll Need:

  • An undergraduate degree is required in business or equivalent.
  • Interest in the healthcare/pharmaceutical space
  • Data analysis experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Ability to prioritize multiple competing priorities.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a diverse team environment.
