The Onboarding Operations Associate – EU will play a critical role in welcoming and integrating small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) into Shift4’s ecosystem. This individual will manage the end-to-end onboarding process, serve as the primary contact for onboarding inquiries, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition for new merchants and partners.
Responsibilities will include:
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new merchants and partners.
- Handle post-onboarding change requests from merchants and partners.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into the onboarding system.
- Handle cases efficiently, maintaining service-level expectations.
- Collaborate with clients to gather required documentation and information.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding-related inquiries and issues.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Support, Product Development, and other internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding experiences.
- Identify process gaps and areas for improvement and escalate recommendations appropriately.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Legal studies considered an asset.
- Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new systems and platforms.
- 2–3 years of experience in a service-oriented role.

Salary starting from 1575 EUR (gross) depending on your experience
