Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement Oracle Fusion ERP, OM and SCM solutions.
  • Perform data migrations, including loading and validating FBDI templates.
  • Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure solution quality.
  • Leverage Oracle APIs for integrations and customizations.
  • Provide technical expertise on Oracle Cloud architecture and best practices.
  • Coach and mentor team members on Oracle Fusion functionalities and processes.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to align solutions with accounting and supply chain requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP and SCM modules).
  • Proven expertise in data migrations and FBDI template usage.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud architecture and integration APIs.
  • Experience with system testing and troubleshooting in Oracle Fusion environments.
  • Ability to coach and train teams on Oracle Fusion processes.
  • Background or familiarity with accounting principles or supply chain management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle Cloud certifications (e.g., Oracle ERP Cloud, SCM Cloud).
  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware.
  • Prior consulting experience in Oracle Fusion implementations.
