We are looking for an experienced and business-driven Salesforce Business Analyst to join our CRM team. This role is critical in ensuring our Salesforce platform is aligned with business objectives and is effectively leveraged to support sales, service, marketing, and operations teams. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions that drive business value.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Product Owner, define and translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements leveraging Salesforce capabilities.
- Partner with Developers, and QA to design, test, and deploy high-quality Salesforce solutions.
- Be part of training end users to ensure adoption and optimal use of the system.
- Maintain a strong understanding of Salesforce features, best practices, and upcoming releases.
- Support data quality initiatives, reporting needs, and cross-system integrations.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce modules in use.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst working with Salesforce.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CRM business processes.
- Hands-on implementing features
- Experience creating user stories, process flows, and functional documentation.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good English skills (Verbal & Written)
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, Admin, or Sales Cloud Consultant) - Advantage
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Lucidchart, or equivalent - Advantage
- Understanding of data migration and third-party integrations (e.g., CPQ, Marketing Cloud, MuleSoft) - Advantage
