As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an IT Operations Engineer.
In this role, you will define processes and ensure the stability of IT operations across our international data centers.

Main Responsibilities

Operations Management

  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure high-quality work, maximum transparency, and adherence to planned SLAs.

  • Analyze malfunctions, create Root Cause Analysis (RCA) documents, and manage resolutions and future mitigation processes.

  • Manage deployments while maintaining system stability and meeting business requirements.

  • Define and implement processes to support IT stability in a 24/7 high-performance infrastructure environment.

  • Oversee comprehensive documentation of systems and operations.

  • Manage data center operations.

Project Management

  • Manage end-to-end infrastructure projects.

  • Track KPIs and goals for the Network, Systems, DBA, and Data Infrastructure teams.

  • Create technical diagrams and presentations for management.

  • Monitor project performance and resource allocation.

  • Conduct retrospectives and lessons learned sessions at project closure.

Procurement

  • Lead the procurement process for infrastructure products.

  • Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure continuity and stability.

  • Manage vendors and contracts.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Operations Manager.

  • Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure (networks, servers, databases, etc.).

  • Technical or project management certification – strong advantage.

  • Proven matrix management skills – must.

  • Strong organizational skills – must.

  • High sense of professional responsibility – must.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.

  • Ability to break down complex requirements into manageable components.

  • Strong problem-solving skills.

  • Delivery-oriented mindset.

  • Experience working in a production environment – strong advantage.

  • Experience with IT data analysis – strong advantage.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (in English).
